7-Day Return Window You have 7 days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by carrier tracking) to request a return. You are welcome to try the item during this period. Return requests received after the 7-day window cannot be accepted.

How to Request a Return To start a return, email adityakumarjha0576@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return. Do not ship any item back before receiving return approval and instructions from us — items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded. We accept one return per customer.

Return Shipping For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We require a tracked and insured shipping method; we cannot process a refund for any item that is not physically received and confirmed by us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at adityakumarjha0576@gmail.com with clear photographs of the item and the packaging, along with your order number. Verified claims will be resolved with a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at our cost. Items reported after 48 hours, or damage resulting from use, washing, or normal wear, are not eligible under this section.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if the cancellation request is received before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, less original shipping costs where applicable. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Final Sale Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return, except where required by law.
