Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, launches), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum required. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Every order comes with an order number, which you'll find in your confirmation email. You can use this number to track your order's status directly on our website at any time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, please reach out and we'll help look into it. For packages marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first, then get in touch with us.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to correct it before your order is dispatched.
